A PURCHASE OF PHILADELPHIA KIXX TICKETS OR PHILADELPHIA KIXX MERCHANDISE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

The Philadelphia KiXX Weekly Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") will be held weekly beginning Sunday, February 10, 2008 and ending Sunday, March 23, 2008. Each weekly sweepstakes begins on Monday at 12:00AM Eastern Time ("E.T."), and ends on Sunday at 11:59 P.M. E.T. ("Promotion Period")

• ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, residing in the 50 United States (excluding Puerto Rico). Entrants must be 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Failure to comply, by providing inaccurate information, will invalidate your entry, which will result in the loss of a potential prize winning entry. Employees, officers and directors of Philadelphia KiXX ("Sponsor"), their affiliates, subsidiaries, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of the prize. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the independent judges(s), whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. The Sweepstakes is subject to all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation.

• HOW TO ENTER: LIMIT: One entry per person/email address. To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must visit www.kixxinteractive.com/sweepstakes and provide the information requested. Alternately participants may fill out an official sweepstakes entry form. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Any attempt by a person to use multiple email accounts to register or submit duplicate entries may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant recognizes and agrees that the registration information provided by entrant will be made available to Sponsor; use of such information will be governed by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entries must be submitted by Sunday at 11:59 P.M. E.T of each Promotion Period to be included in the drawing for that Promotion Period. By completing the online entry process, entrants are agreeing to be notified by e-mail if chosen as a winner in the Sweepstakes. Electronic entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

• WINNER SELECTION: One winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held the day after each Promotion Period ends from all eligible entries received, by an Independent Judging Organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

• PRIZES: A prize of a KiXX Family Pack (4 tickets to a KiXX home game, 4 hot dogs and 4 sodas) will be awarded each Promotion Period. Estimated retail value selection $126.

  In addition, all qualified entries (see HOW TO ENTER for qualification description) received before Sunday, February 24, 2008 will be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing to be held on Monday, February 25, 2008 for a one-game usage of a suite during the Philadelphia KiXX game on Saturday, March 29, 2008. Grand Prize includes a 10 person suite, 3 VIP parking passes, and an autographed KiXX soccer ball. The Grand Prize does not include food or beverages.

• PRIZE AWARDING: Prize will be awarded only upon verification and final approval. The potential winner will be notified by email and sent their prize-winning notification via electronic mail (email) or US postal mail. Potential winner will have ten (10) days from receipt of notification to respond or may be disqualified at the discretion of the Sponsor or Judges. Upon receipt of this response, Sponsor may send an Affidavit of Eligibility and, where lawful, Publicity Release forms. Winners will have (10) days from receipt of winning notification to claim their prize by completing, signing and returning the prize Affidavit of Eligibility Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release forms or an alternate winner will be selected. In the event of non-compliance or, if the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to return the completed and executed Affidavits and Releases, as required, or if the Prize Notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name and likeness for advertising and Promotion purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. All information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

• WINNERS LIST: To receive a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope for receipt by March 31, 2008 to: Philadelphia KiXX Weekly Sweepstakes Winners List, 3601 S Broad St – Philadelphia, PA 19148.

• MISCELLANEOUS: Transportation and related charges (parking, etc.) are responsibility of the prize winner. Sponsor and its agencies and affiliates are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by Sponsor will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate entrant’s eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes. In the event that any portion of this Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at their discretion to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and its agencies and affiliates are not responsible for any problem with a sweepstakes entry generated by computer hardware or software malfunction, error or failure. Potential winning entries may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the electronic mail address associated with the potential winning entry.

• TAX INFORMATION: All taxes, fees and surcharges on the prize won are the sole responsibility of the winner.

• GENERAL INFORMATION: This sweepstakes is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning) and any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the U.S., exclusively, and subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
